
JDM FOODS CULINARY INNOVATION CENTRE
Working on a Live project with JDM Food Group, based in Lincolnshire. The project involves designing an innovation centre to house new test kitchen facilities and a range of other functional spaces so that it can host intimate dining experiences and large corporate events. JDM specialises in delivering innovative added value vegetables, sauces, dips and dressings to the retail, manufacturing and hospitality markets in the Uk. The use of shipping containers reflects JDM's Food values with regards to their future aspirations and sustainability.

HOSPITALITY HOTEL-STAY
The hotel project was located in a busy urban shopping centre in Sheffield. Part of the project was to regenerate the city. This design is located on Fargate street and it was designed around a particular user and their requirements, responding to site and context. It was crucial that the design centred around green space and biophilic design. Investigate how the user going to move around the space and access the different areas within the designed proposal. It was also central to provide an experience for the user and understand their physical and emotional experience of personal space.

RESIDENTIAL LIVE PROJECT/ SIEMATIC
Working on residential in Derbyshire design a new product line, in response to covid combining workspace and culinary environment. As Siematic values wellbeing, it was important to include biophilic design using natural materials as a part of my proposal. The design also focuses on a modern style design, while also providing a working space and plenty of natural light.
